Terms of Service

Welcome to CooksTopBox, a platform offering simple kitchen and cooking helpers. By accessing our website and using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
CooksTopBox provides personalized cooking tutorial sessions, personal chef services, and kitchen organization consultations (collectively, Services).
a. Scheduling and Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a booked Service by providing at least 24 hours notice via our contact form. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 60 days of the original booking.
b. Cancellation and No-Refund Policy: If a Service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be issued, as resources and staff are allocated in advance.
2. Digital Products
CooksTopBox offers digital recipe collections, cooking guides, and video tutorials (Digital Products).
a. Delivery: Digital Products are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase.
b. Refunds: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not downloaded or accessed the Digital Product. To request a refund please submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Physical Goods
CooksTopBox offers physical cooking kits and utensils (Physical Goods).
a. Returns: Physical Goods in unopened resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers must submit return requests via our contact form to receive a return authorization.
b. Refunds: Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Extended Refund Policy
CooksTopBox strives for customer satisfaction. Refunds or credits are processed only after evaluation of the request. All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. In some cases we may offer credits toward future purchases in lieu of a direct refund.
For Service transfers: If you are unable to attend a scheduled Service and provide at least 24 hours notice you may transfer the booking to another individual or receive a credit valid for 90 days. Transfers must be coordinated via our contact form.
Certain Services such as one-on-one personal chef events with ingredient procurement are final sale due to perishable inventory requirements. No refunds or credits are available for these Services once ingredients have been purchased.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through our third-party partners. By making a purchase you agree to the partner’s terms.

7. Changes to Terms
